To achieve this goal required a series of marketing activities is a process with the intention of causing the exchange of goods / services that are mutually beneficial relationship between the companies with the consumer. Activity in question is the marketing management.

Philip Kotler (2008:20) argues, "Marketing management is the process of planning and implementation of ideas, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to generate an exchange that meets the goals of individuals and organizations.

Based on the above definition, it is clear that the task of enterprise management starts from analyzing, planning, executing up to oversee the marketing activities undertaken by the company. All management activities are aimed to meet the needs and desires of consumers and in an effort to make a profit for the company's survival.
